The SMA Electric Booster Series is a line of portable beveling tools that utilize carbide inserts to mill a variety of metals such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. A wide range of angles and radii can be achieved by simply changing the milling heads.
Create straight bevel widths up to 3/4″ and radius bevel edges from 2 to 8mm in steel, stainless and aluminum with unsurpassed accuracy and consistency.

SMA 30-BEV
The compact and hard-working SMA 30-BEV utilizes three carbide inserts and can create a beveled edge up to 3/8″ at a 30°, 45°, or 60° angle. The 45° milling head can also hold 3 (1/8″) or 4mm radius inserts. Milling heads can be easily and quickly changed. It’s lightweight for easy and safe handling, reducing worker fatigue. Use wherever there is a 110V power outlet!
SMA 40-BER
The SMA 40-BER utilizes new booster technology for more efficient and safer beveling. Milling performance is increased by up to 30%! And the new spring technology increases insert life and worker safety. This ergonomically-designed unit uses three carbide inserts and can create a beveled edge up to 3/8″ at a 30°, 45°, or 60° angle.
SMA 50-BEV
The new SMA 50-BEV also utilizes booster technology for more efficient and safer beveling. It’s capable of beveling burr-free angles between 0° and 90° and increasing cut width up to 5/8 inch. The SMA 50-BEV can mill radius edges between 2 mm and 8 mm (5/16″). Just like the SMA 30-BEV, the milling heads can be easily and quickly changed.

The SMT-30 is the perfect addition to our rugged, electric beveling tool product line. With the motor drive mounted to a stable table frame, the SMT-30 tabletop unit is suited for small and medium work pieces that do not need to be clamped. The milling head, including the guide wheel, protrudes from the surface of the table, so simple manual guidance of the workpiece is ensured. Using the same milling technology as the portable beveling tools, the SMT-30 is particularly suitable for machining bevels and radii on straight edges, contours, and bored holes.
